The SomVital gourmet breakfast

Good is not good enough for your breakfast. We’ve come up with so much for you and your loved ones at the SomVita gourmet breakfast.
Imagine the smell of freshly baked bread and ground coffee. Think of the soft yellow Alpine butter spread on a croissant – the incredible sweetness of the apricots from Vinschgau in the homemade jam. The way the fluffy scrambled eggs combine with the crispy fried Speck (dry-cured, smoked ham)...
If you think that sounds good, wait until you try it!

7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Time for the SomVita gourmet breakfast at SomVino or in your suite.

9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.: Choose from the brunch menu and enjoy small dishes on the terrace or at SomVino.

12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.: Lunch time. The lunch menu offers a tempting selection of salad bowls and other light delicacies.

2.30 p.m. to 6 p.m.: It’s aperitivo time! The snack menu has some delicious surprises in store!

6.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.: Welcome to the SomVino Dinner! The SomVita menu awaits with the best of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine. From the grill, the pan, or the pot.
